The Seattle Mariners have agreed to send 27-year old minor league starting pitcher Armando Galarraga to the Houston Astros for 24-year old minor league reliever Jordan Powell. The trade, rumored for days, was completed in the wee hours this morning.
During his career Galarraga has 9 wins and 14 losses and a 5.50 ERA.
